1. Each robot is backed by a one year warranty on all parts
2. Remote access and fleet management fees are waived for the first year and are $25/month thereafter
3. Each robot is built to order. We require a 50% deposit to begin building your robot. The balance is due before the robot ships
4. Shipping cost is not included in base price
